An order cancellation is possible within 24 hours if the order has not yet been shipped. 

A cancellation if the order has already been shipped is only possible after receipt of the goods.
Cancellation before the arrival of the goods cannot be accepted.

Our shipping warehouse is active on weekends, but support is not available, which is why cancellations cannot always be made in a timely manner.

Due to the high volume of orders, the delivery time is currently 5-9 days.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In this email you will also find the link to track the shipment via our shipping service provider.

It can happen that the postman forgets to put a collection note in your mailbox. We would like to apologize for this. In most cases, the shipment of your online order is at a post office nearby, or it was dropped off at a neighbor's house.

Please note that our packages are occasionally sent separately.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods or the size does not fit, you of course have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal and returning the items to us. Of course, you can also return only part of your order.

This return is possible within a period of 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please note that as a customer you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We can only process the refund if the package is sent to this address!
