An order cancellation is possible within 24 hours if the order has not yet been shipped.
A cancellation if the order has already been shipped is only possible after receipt of the goods.
Cancellation before the arrival of the goods cannot be accepted.
Our shipping warehouse is active on weekends, but support is not available, which is why cancellations cannot always be made in a timely manner.
Shipment
Due to the high volume of orders, the delivery time is currently 5-9 days.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In this email you will also find the link to track the shipment via our shipping service provider.
It can happen that the postman forgets to put a collection note in your mailbox. We would like to apologize for this. In most cases, the shipment of your online order is at a post office nearby, or it was dropped off at a neighbor's house.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Just send us an email at support@kaliteas.de. Please include your order number (the number with #) and the reason for the refund. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours.
It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed after it is received. We will notify you by email once the refund has been made.
If you have not received a notification or refund after 14 days of your return, we ask you to contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
You can return the ordered item to us within 30 days of receipt .
You can place a new order for the desired item.
